Factors and Procedures Used in Admissions

Full-time program

In addition to evaluating academic performance and test scores, our admissions officers personally interview qualified candidates to assess characteristics that prove to be a good fit for our collaborative culture: adaptability, curiosity, self-awareness, perseverance, the desire and ability to solve problems, and teamwork...the same characteristics that employers seek when hiring MBAs.

Executive program

Candidates will have at least five years of strong employment history and management experience, with quantitative experience and aptitude. They will demonstrate both teamwork and leadership experience. To be considered, an applicant must provide an essay and letters of recommendation, transcripts, a GMAT score and a resume. All serious candidates receive a personal interview.
