Factors and Procedures Used in Admissions

Full-time program
Applicants are evaluated in three areas: intellectual vitality, demonstrated leadership potential, and personal qualities and contributions. The Admissions Committee considers an applicant's academic profile, essays, and three recommendations. There is no quantitative formula for admission.
Executive program
The 1-year Master of Science in Management is for managers with 8+ years experience and brings together a dynamic global cohort of about 80 executives. Applications (including from company-sponsored candidates) are reviewed by the program director and admissions committee on a rolling basis until a class marked by academic excellence and professional distinction is formed.
