We seek students with outstanding leadership potential who will enhance their fellow classmates’ learning experience. We assess candidates based on academic history/potential, quality/quantity of work experience, leadership capacity/experience, and overall fit with the Smeal culture.
Executive program
Based on resume, undergrad transcripts, interview, and two recommendations. Interested in career accomplishments to date, goals for future, and their capacity to reach those goals. Must have management, leadership experience. Candidate must demonstrate ability to succeed in rigorous program. Target student has a minimum of eight years post-undergrad experience.
